- A text prayer said last Saturday: Lord, as we stand helpless in this display of nature’s wrath, we implore the name of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit to save all affected by the floods. Please command the rains to stop and the floods to subside. Keep us all safe and dry, oh Lord. This we ask in Jesus name. Amen
